Creekside Colony is located across the street from Burns Flat’s Town Hall and Police Department, and is near a small market, gas station, laundromat, banks (Great Plains National Bank and Washita State Bank), three restaurants, a women’s fitness center, and numerous small shops and businesses. Also, there are many churches nearby. All of these are within walking distance from Creekside Colony.

Creekside Colony is easy to find. From the I-40, take Exit 53 and go south 7 miles on Hwy 44 to the town of Burns Flat. Just past the traffic light (Sooner), on the left side (East side) you will find Creekside Colony nestled behind Rio's Restaurant.
Burns Flat is home to the Clinton-Sherman Industrial Airpark, also known as the Oklahoma Spaceport. This decommissioned Strategic Air Command (SAC) airbase features one of the longest runways in the US and its campus of dozens of building attracts companies engaged in the future commercial space travel business. Additional employers such as Halliburton and other major oil field service companies, farming and ranching enterprises, medical centers, justice system and government agencies such as SWODA, MODA, and OSIDA, are close by.
